We do not ship outside of the continental United States, with the exception of U.S. territories

*Exceptions to our free shipping offer include oversized packages and specimen sized plants. These items will be weighed and postage calculated using USPS current rates. We'll contact you by e-mail or telephone with the exact shipping total. Upon your approval we will add the charge to your order prior to processing, or send you an invoice through PayPal.
We recommend that you pay for insurance when ordering specimen sized plants & with oversized packages. We carefully pack all of our orders for shipping but we cannot guarantee your order against Acts of God & handling by the shippers. Large cacti & oversized packages are especially vulnerable to damage in transit. With insurance your purchase is protected.
We ship every Tuesday and Thursday via USPS Priority Mail, all orders include delivery confirmation.
WE SHIP YEAR ROUND- your order includes a complimentary 72 hour heat pack when plants are shipped to areas experiencing inclement weather. It helps us if you will mention when ordering if your area is already experiencing low temps and/or snow conditions.
We carefully package our plants for transport to prevent travel stress and ensure healthy plants upon arrival. We recommend that you pot up your new plants soon after arrival, withhold water for one week (except leafy plants, which should be watered very lightly when potted), and kept out of direct sunlight for one week to allow the plants time to recover from shipping.
